Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Mivora is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked delivered but missing, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@mivorashop.com within 7 days. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country. These are not included in our product or shipping prices.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, we begin processing and cannot guarantee modifications.
